What is your Name?

What is your name? Not necessarily the name you were given at birth, but the name the Lord is calling you now. He has a special name for each of us, that will encompass our call and purpose for this time.

Visionary, Enabler, Truth-bearer, Pioneer, Freedom-fighter, Love-giver, Voice of the Lord, Gatherer of people, Reflector of His Glory, The Lord is my Healer, Reflector of His Creativity, Innovator, Jewel in His Crown, His Dancing Princess… He has a special name for each of us, that speaks of His Love and Call on us.

The enemy, the accuser of the brethren, whispers lies in our ears. Defeated, Failure, Weakling, Slave, Poor, Shameful… We must hear the beautiful name upon God’s lips as He calls us forth. Respond to His call, surrender to His affection. Become whom He says you are.

Step into your destiny by knowing your name. Make an emblem, if you wish, and hang it on your wall as a reminder of who you are before Jesus. There are new names for new seasons, be attentive to hear what He’s declaring over you at this time.

Rejoice, children of the Most High God! Your Deliver and Saviour, Jesus Christ, is announcing your new name on this new day! Receive His Word of Promise, Truth, and Favour. The angels are echoing His Words in harmony, it is heard throughout the universe. For all eternity His Words are spoken and echoed, they can never return void.

Isaiah 55:10-11

10“For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven
and do not return there but water the earth,
making it bring forth and sprout,
giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater,
11so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth;
it shall not return to me empty,
but it shall accomplish that which I purpose,
and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

Isaiah 62:1-5

1For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent,
and for Jerusalem’s
sake I will not be quiet,
until her righteousness goes forth as brightness,
and her salvation as a burning torch.
2The nations shall see your righteousness,
and all the kings your glory,

and you shall be called by a new name
that the mouth of the LORD will give.
3You shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of the LORD,
and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.

4You shall no more be termed Forsaken,a
and your land shall no more be termed Desolate,b
but you shall be called My Delight Is in Her,c
and your land Married;d
for the LORD delights in you,

and your land shall be married.
5For as a young man marries a young woman,
so shall your sons marry you,

and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride,
so shall your God rejoice over you.
