However, when the victim’s eyes are opened to see the abuse, they suddenly find themselves looking back at their lives from a different angle, with new eyes they see things they never noticed before, and suddenly that which didn’t make sense, suddenly makes sense. It’s like finding puzzle pieces that fit together, that helps them look at their life from the outside.
A shaking or crisis, leading to a confrontation, usually opens the eyes of the victim. This is what the nations are experiencing right now. We have been victims of abuse without even knowing it. Covid19 has been the crisis that has shaken the nations into an awakened and shocked state. As we look back in time, we recognise that the globalist abusers have been at work, manipulating and controlling, to destroy the nations right to its foundations. For that which they want to establish, can only be established in weakened, broken-down, downtrodden, desperate, and ignorant nations.
As Proverbs 22:10 says, ‘Drive out a scoffer, and strife will go out, and quarrelling and abuse will cease’, so we need to recognize the abuse first, so we can drive the abuser out. Once out, the abuse will cease. We need to become completely and utterly intolerant of globalist abuse, and determined to rid the nations of it through our courage to stand up against it, and our unwavering faith in God, without Whom we cannot slay this giant.
The suffering in the nations is the fruit of their works. That which we thought was just part of ‘normal life’, ‘tough times’, and an ‘evil world’, is being exposed as the outcome of their abuse over time, tearing down society at every level – family, church, government, education, entertainment, media, and business. We’re living in a toxic ecosystem, designed to harm and weaken as only a socialist system can.
The Lord is awakening the church, for she is the one who will bring the nations through to freedom as she co-labours with Christ. As Moses was called to lead Israel out of Egypt, so we are called to lead the nations out of bondage.
Here are some steps the church need to take, to move the nations from Egypt to Canaan:
1. Awaken to the abuse.
2. Say ‘no’, and confront the evil with Truth.
3. Repent for living under that abuse, even unknowingly.
4. Return to the Lord with all your heart.
5. Blow a trumpet in Zion and sound the alarm, so that the nations will repent before the day of the Lord comes, the day of His judgment on the wicked, and the day of salvation for the righteous.
6. Go up to Mount Zion and abide in His Presence, and take others with you. For His Glory shall fill the earth, and His Light will erupt in the darkness. He will help and deliver His people, and set His nations free.
7. Hold onto your enduring faith, for though it tarries, your reward and inheritance will come, and will not be late on its appointed date.
We read in Joel 2:2, ‘a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness!’, and Isaiah 60:2, ‘For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples.’ The darkness and gloom refer to the darkened minds of the people, where the light of truth is not found in them. It sets the scene for the light of God to erupt through His chosen ones who live in the place of His Glory and Truth. He will arise and shine over them, He will elevate them in the midst of the people, as He thunders and shakes the earth.
Be encouraged, dear brother and sister in Christ, that the battle you’re facing and the suffering you’re enduring, is part of the shaking that will bring forth His awakening and His deliverance in the nations. What you are going through is part of a bigger picture… but your prayers are heard and your day of deliverance is coming. ‘Hold fast what you have, so that no one may seize your crown’, as said in Revelation 3:11.
You might feel like you can’t go on, that the fire is too hot, and the delay too long, but I want to tell you today, that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you, you will endure as the Philadelphia church, inheriting, conquering, and entering through the Open Door.
As Joshua and Israel invaded Canaan, taking the territory that the Lord had promised to give them, so we will take the territory of the nations with Christ, bringing its people back into their fruitful and healthy ecosystem where they prosper and flourish as God intended. We will conquer, uproot, build, plant, and establish the Kingdom of God upon the earth.
John 8:31-33
31 So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples,
32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
33 They answered him, “We are offspring of Abraham and have never been enslaved to anyone. How is it that you say, ‘You will become free’?”
Isaiah 60:1-3
1 Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.
2 For behold, darkness shall cover the earth,
and thick darkness the peoples;
but the LORD will arise upon you,
and his glory will be seen upon you.
3 And nations shall come to your light,
and kings to the brightness of your rising.
