Dividing of the ranks
I hear the Lord say, ‘I am dividing the ranks in My army. I am rearranging the order. Those who know My Presence and live in My glory will be the generals who will lead in the battle for the nations. There is a battle raging for world domination. For ages, this has been going on, but the intensity is profoundly increasing as My army takes her place against the Goliath of our day.
This is a moment of repositioning. My church is being divided after a great time of sifting. Over the last years, I have tested My people to see who will follow and obey Me, who will lay down their lives on the altar for Me. I have taken My people through the depths of the deep and the heat of the flames, and I have a Remnant who has been made pure and holy by My testing. These humble ones will be the only ones able to lead as generals in My army at this hour. The nations and the church will look to you for answers and solutions, and only those who know Me intimately, able to access My throne room where My strategies and blueprints are shared, will be able to lead as Joseph led in the time of calamity.’
Birth with the midwives
The Lord is saying to the church leaders, ‘Many of you will move down in rank, not in hierarchy, but in capacity to lead. There has to be a stepping aside to let the able into the frontlines of the battle. Those who are wise and willing will be blessed as they make room for the midwives who will assist in delivering the nations at this time.
These midwives have walked a longer and deeper road, and they understand what is needed to bring forth this baby of promise. They are not intimidated by the travail, nor afraid of the unknown and its risks. The fire and water have prepared them and they know that even in the midst of the deep and the heat, they will break through into the place of promise. For they know their Father is true to His Word, and they know the power of His glory. He will deliver them and give them victory as they birth their nations, old and young, together.
The measure-line will be My glory and their capacity to hold, steward, and release it. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and in this hour you will see an increase in both within the church that knows Me. Those who remain stubborn, doing things their way, and holding their ranks illegitimately, will find themselves obliterated from My working in this hour.
I will not tolerate the spirit of man standing in the way of My church moving forward in battle. Hear the cry of the generals, they are the ones who know My voice, My strategies, and My glory. Attach yourselves closely to these ones, for where they lead, there will be safety, provision, and blessing. I am vindicating My humble ones who have chosen Me above all else.’
Relational leaders
The Lord is saying to those called to lead, ‘In this apostolic era, it is vital that you lead relationally. Don’t get caught up with the ‘big’ of the network and its vision, focusing on too many areas and people, and losing touch with the few that you are called to influence, mentor, impart to, and walk with. Those who lose touch with people at a relational level will find their ministries, churches, and organizations, diminishing, and not growing.
It’s time for a new kind of leadership. Surround yourself with only a few, as I surrounded Myself with twelve. Walk with them in a genuine relationship, where your schedule and distractions don’t reduce it to that which is skin-deep and superficial. Train them to lead their few, and let the apostolic network be built far and wide on the principle of true relationship at ground level. Without it, the church will not be strong, and even though the numbers might be impressive, the true impact will be minimal and the target won’t be hit.
The church is being reformed right now. There is a new kind of running, building, leading, and abiding that I am bringing forth, corporately, to My Body. That which operated and worked before, will not work now. That which I tolerated before, I will no longer tolerate. This is the time to reflect and reaccess where you stand before Me. Come to the place of purity and holiness so that you can enter into the ‘new’ with Me. Lay down your opinions, agendas, and judgments, and follow Me into the unknown where I have made provision through others who have gone beyond where you have gone. They are the midwives who will partner with you in the birthing of your city and your nation.’
Isaiah 66:7-24
Rejoice with Jerusalem
7 “Before she was in labour
she gave birth;
before her pain came upon her
she delivered a son.
8 Who has heard such a thing?
Who has seen such things?
Shall a land be born in one day?
Shall a nation be brought forth in one moment?
For as soon as Zion was in labour
she brought forth her children.
9 Shall I bring to the point of birth and not cause to bring forth?”
says the Lord;
“shall I, who cause to bring forth, shut the womb?”
says your God.
10 “Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad for her,
all you who love her;
rejoice with her in joy,
all you who mourn over her;
11 that you may nurse and be satisfied
from her consoling breast;
that you may drink deeply with delight
from her glorious abundance.”[a]
12 For thus says the Lord:
“Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river,
and the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream;
and you shall nurse, you shall be carried upon her hip,
and bounced upon her knees.
13 As one whom his mother comforts,
so I will comfort you;
you shall be comforted in Jerusalem.
14 You shall see, and your heart shall rejoice;
your bones shall flourish like the grass;
and the hand of the Lord shall be known to his servants,
and he shall show his indignation against his enemies.
Final Judgement and Glory of the Lord
15 “For behold, the Lord will come in fire,
and his chariots like the whirlwind,
to render his anger in fury,
and his rebuke with flames of fire.
16 For by fire will the Lord enter into judgement,
and by his sword, with all flesh;
and those slain by the Lord shall be many.
17 “Those who sanctify and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following one in the midst, eating pig’s flesh and the abomination and mice, shall come to an end together, declares the Lord.
18 “For I know[b] their works and their thoughts, and the time is coming[c] to gather all nations and tongues. And they shall come and shall see my glory, 19 and I will set a sign among them. And from them I will send survivors to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, who draw the bow, to Tubal and Javan, to the coastlands far away, that have not heard my fame or seen my glory. And they shall declare my glory among the nations. 20 And they shall bring all your brothers from all the nations as an offering to the Lord, on horses and in chariots and in litters and on mules and on dromedaries, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, says the Lord, just as the Israelites bring their grain offering in a clean vessel to the house of the Lord. 21 And some of them also I will take for priests and for Levites, says the Lord.
22 “For as the new heavens and the new earth
that I make
shall remain before me, says the Lord,
so shall your offspring and your name remain.
23 From new moon to new moon,
and from Sabbath to Sabbath,
all flesh shall come to worship before me,
declares the Lord.
24 “And they shall go out and look on the dead bodies of the men who have rebelled against me. For their worm shall not die, their fire shall not be quenched, and they shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.”
