The Lord has been speaking so much about entering the place of His rest over the last few months. I believe it is imperative for us to lean so deeply into Him in trust that He can fill us with the assurance of His peace in the midst of the world’s storm and His calm in the midst of the waves.
New life awaits us. We are truly entering the most exciting times the earth has seen. The Lord has been speaking about unveiling the enemy’s plans and lies, and catching him in his own trap. As a candle’s wick and wax comes to a definite end, so the enemy’s lies are coming to the end of their light and glory. We are seeing history being made; stories of faith, truth, bravery and courage that will be told for generations to come, and new foundations that will be laid in the wake of the old corrupt systems falling.
Just as the Israelites knew that God was going to deliver them from Egypt, they had to go through a process that unfolded over time. It wasn’t going to be over after plague number one. They had to endure until the time that the Pharaoh was willing to let them go, and even then there was a showdown. We get discouraged so quickly because we expect things to change sooner than they do, but God is working out the bigger picture for His glory and our deliverance! Trusting that He ‘has got it!’ places us smack-bang in the place of rest.
2023 has been a year of exposure, 2024 will be a year of change. The Lord is giving us rest so we can recover from our personal wilderness experiences and battles. He is binding up the wounded hearts and bringing healing so that we can lead the nations, as Moses and Aaron did, out of Egypt into the promised land! The nations are broken, utterly broken, however healing streams are going to flow in abundance over the arid land of nations. We have waited long, and generations have died without seeing the fulfillment of God’s promises for their beloved countries, but the Lord is saying,
‘I am bringing to completion My work in the nations. I am moving swiftly at the moment of action where I will stand and block the enemy in their pathway. They have said, ‘There is no God!’ but I will catch them unaware, and I will show the nations that I am God, and there is no other.
Watch and see how I turn world events into God-interventions. Whatever they plan will become their trap. I will outwit them at every turn and they will pull their hair out of their heads in frustration as they won’t be able to take their Davids down. I will humiliate the wicked and showcase them for who they are and what they’ve done. The peoples of the earth will judge them, for I am restoring the rule of law and morality amongst society at the ground-level.’
A new generation is arising. A youth who reject the ways of evil that have been pushed onto them by wicked systems to capture and enslave them for eternity. They are a rebellious generation who will not do what they are told, but will come to the light and truth because of their rebellion against the system of abuse. They are wild ones who will pursue the authentic and the true. These are the ones who will make waves in the nations across the earth, for they do not come from any background of tradition or religion. They know the power of the word, ‘No!’ and in their pursuit of truth, they will find God in a real and authentic way. They will love Him as David loved Him… in humility and friendship. They are the rugged ones who will win the world over for Christ through their authenticity and living relationship with their true Father. This young generation will walk in an evangelical anointing to spread the gospel far and wide, ushering in a great harvest of souls in places unreached, not only geographically, but places within communities that the church hasn’t accessed.
These young ones will walk with fathers and mothers who will mentor them in their call. For what they hold will cause them to say, ‘I am only a child! I am not trained for this!’ However, the Lord qualifies them for this era, for it’s these humble ones who will break open gates of iron that no other generation has been able to open.’
There is a great demand on the church for change in this era. The Lord is breaking the systems of the church so that we can bring in the harvest. He is the Lord of the harvest and He is working in a new way. The world won’t respond to the church if it continues in the old way. It’s the new wineskins that will cause the new wine to be poured out. The world is wanting the new wine. Not only is there a young generation of wild ones, but there is a tribe of truth-seekers who have awakened in this era. They do not come from any specific church or religious background, but they are seekers of and fighters for what is right and have tremendous courage to stand before the giants of our time. These ones will be running hard in the race set before us, and we must welcome them in, making room for them in a place of freedom and grace. The Lord is bringing us to the place of authentic relationship with Him and each other. As we pursue this He will break the molds and walls used by the enemy that have separated so many in times gone by.
Just as the Israelites continually struggled with the reality of what God had told them would happen, so we tend to struggle when promises come to fulfillment as they appear different from the way we expected. However, the Lord is calling us to a place of continual rest and joy, trusting in all that He has said over our lives, our nations, and our future.
The greatest challenge when coming into the fulfillment of promises is recognising that it is, indeed, the fulfillment, and remaining pliable and flexible in the process as it unfolds. We can’t come through labour and then stunt the life of the newborn. We must carry to full-term and then give life to a baby that is in every way a person in its own right that we don’t control, but steer, steward, and oversee along to maturity.
The new thing that the Lord is releasing upon the earth is not for us to control, but for us to hold with great care and conviction, letting it live in the freedom that God has ordained for it to live. This is the church’s greatest challenge for this new era. Let go and let God! Embrace the wild ones and start building friendships so that we can access the unreached places of the earth.
Sending lots of love to you all.

Isaiah 43
The Savior of Israel
1But now, O Jacob, listen to the Lord who created you.
O Israel, the one who formed you says,
“Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you.
I have called you by name; you are mine.
2When you go through deep waters,
I will be with you.
When you go through rivers of difficulty,
you will not drown.
When you walk through the fire of oppression,
you will not be burned up;
the flames will not consume you.
3For I am the Lord, your God,
the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.
I gave Egypt as a ransom for your freedom;
I gave Ethiopia and Seba in your place.
4Others were given in exchange for you.
I traded their lives for yours
because you are precious to me.
You are honored, and I love you.
5“Do not be afraid, for I am with you.
I will gather you and your children from east and west.
6I will say to the north and south,
‘Bring my sons and daughters back to Israel
from the distant corners of the earth.
7Bring all who claim me as their God,
for I have made them for my glory.
It was I who created them.’”
8Bring out the people who have eyes but are blind,
who have ears but are deaf.
9Gather the nations together!
Assemble the peoples of the world!
Which of their idols has ever foretold such things?
Which can predict what will happen tomorrow?
Where are the witnesses of such predictions?
Who can verify that they spoke the truth?
10“But you are my witnesses, O Israel!” says the Lord.
“You are my servant.
You have been chosen to know me, believe in me,
and understand that I alone am God.
There is no other God—
there never has been, and there never will be.
11I, yes I, am the Lord,
and there is no other Savior.
12First I predicted your rescue,
then I saved you and proclaimed it to the world.
No foreign god has ever done this.
You are witnesses that I am the only God,”
says the Lord.
13“From eternity to eternity I am God.
No one can snatch anyone out of my hand.
No one can undo what I have done.”
The Lord’s Promise of Victory
14This is what the Lord says—your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:
“For your sakes I will send an army against Babylon,
forcing the Babylonians to flee in those ships they are so proud of.
15I am the Lord, your Holy One,
Israel’s Creator and King.
16I am the Lord, who opened a way through the waters,
making a dry path through the sea.
17I called forth the mighty army of Egypt
with all its chariots and horses.
I drew them beneath the waves, and they drowned,
their lives snuffed out like a smoldering candlewick.
18“But forget all that—
it is nothing compared to what I am going to do.
19For I am about to do something new.
See, I have already begun! Do you not see it?
I will make a pathway through the wilderness.
I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.
20The wild animals in the fields will thank me,
the jackals and owls, too,
for giving them water in the desert.
Yes, I will make rivers in the dry wasteland
so my chosen people can be refreshed.
21I have made Israel for myself,
and they will someday honor me before the whole world.
22“But, dear family of Jacob, you refuse to ask for my help.
You have grown tired of me, O Israel!
23You have not brought me sheep or goats for burnt offerings.
You have not honored me with sacrifices,
though I have not burdened and wearied you
with requests for grain offerings and frankincense.
24You have not brought me fragrant calamus
or pleased me with the fat from sacrifices.
Instead, you have burdened me with your sins
and wearied me with your faults.
25“I—yes, I alone—will blot out your sins for my own sake
and will never think of them again.
26Let us review the situation together,
and you can present your case to prove your innocence.
27From the very beginning, your first ancestor sinned against me;
all your leaders broke my laws.
28That is why I have disgraced your priests;
I have decreed complete destruction for Jacob
and shame for Israel.

Praise God, Praise God. God bless you ma’am, indeed Prophecy proceeds from the Father by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit.
Just last week Saturday, our Pastor said “The lord says this is the season of rest, He is realising rest into our lives.” Glory to God.
Just thought I would also share!
Thanks so much, Donnel. That is encouraging to hear!
