To all the Faithful Shepherds: Get Ready for an Apostolic Upgrade!

There’s going to be an explosion of the apostolic gifting in the church. I hear the Lord say, ‘Those who have been faithful in the church, serving and leading the people, will be promoted in this era with a great measure of the apostolic gift.’ I see pastors who have pastored their flock faithfully, being promoted to apostles, and I hear the Lord say, ‘I’m going to increase the territory of My faithful ones. They will not only pastor a small flock anymore but will now build an infrastructure that will mobilise My church as an army across nations. They will be the generals who will be on the lookout to align My warriors in their assigned ranks.

Faithful leaders, hear My Voice, this is your finest hour. Stay close to My heart and hear My instruction, for I will give you clear instruction with direction regarding My Warriors. You have a key role in bringing others into their prophetic destiny. As an enabler, you will recognise My Call on My people and will align them with their purpose.

This will require a stepping aside so that others can come in. There’s a mighty army that I have trained in the caves as I trained David. They are arising and coming to you, be ready to receive and make room for them. As you step aside, you will lock arms with them, finding yourself running and building My Kingdom through My Church as you’ve only dreamt of.’

The church as we know it is changing shape. We will see the church decentralise and become micro-powerhouses within the communities, where they will demonstrate the power and miraculous working of the Holy Spirit, and release the manifest presence of God. They will be Living Stones that will build the House of the Lord throughout entire nations at the grassroots level, spreading a wide network over global territories to hold the harvest that is coming. The church will return to its roots where they live and do the work of the ministry within their local community in all spheres of society, transforming all seven mountains of culture.

Church buildings will become community centres where training, equipping, pastoring, teaching, and counselling will occur. Celebration gatherings and city outreaches will draw the multitudes. The focus of large church buildings will be training and evangelism. It will become a bright light in communities, transforming cities and nations from the inside out. It will be an engine room that will operate with great power, for by His Spirit, it will equip, empower, enable, mobilise, and multiply the work of His Hands in and through His Bride, both in the church and the market-place. I clearly hear the Lord say, ‘City churches will be places of gathering (through the demonstration and manifestation of the Holy Spirit’s power and presence) and equipping (through the teaching of the Word and the mentoring of disciples)’.

Not only will the gathering and equipping be limited to the spiritual growth of the community, but the Lord is widening the territory of influence through the local church, where the fruit of the apostolic gifting, will branch out into the marketplace. Entrepreneurial hubs will sprout out of church buildings, as diverse people will be gathered and trained for marketplace ministry. It will produce a new generation of entrepreneurs who will operate apostolically, as they multiply the bread and fish in their hands to feed the multitudes. The Lord is going to bring diverse skills, talents, and gifts together in the same way as He has designed His Body to function within the building of the church. We will see the five-fold ministry gifts and the gifts of the Holy Spirit operate in the marketplace, bringing major transformation from grassroots level right through to global.

People will step into the church, immature and unqualified, and come out, over time, mature, trained, and skilled. The church will truly become one who will fulfil her mandate to care for the poor and needy, but not through pity and hand-outs, but through empowerment, enablement, and mobilisation. She will uplift them out of the ashes into their territory of ruling and reigning with Christ, both in the spirit and in the natural. The key to bringing this to fruition is the servant-heart apostolic leadership that makes room for others, building an infrastructure that will position the right people into the right places, so that it can stretch far and wide, multiplying continually as the Lord gathers people, who will encounter Him, and through equipping, will step into their prophetic destiny as His apostolic people who will form part of the net to hold the gathering.

Faithful leaders, be ready to be upgraded into your new position as many will be gathered, they are coming to you. The Lord will bring your sons and daughters from the north, the south, the east, and the west. He is adding a mighty army to you who are trained and equipped to run and build alongside you. Make room for them. This is your finest hour to build with others – an infrastructure strong and wide – stretching over cities, regions, and nations… a net that will hold the gathering of the great harvest.

Zephaniah 3:14-20

14 Sing aloud, O daughter of Zion;
shout, O Israel!
Rejoice and exult with all your heart,
O daughter of Jerusalem!
15 The LORD has taken away the judgments against you;
he has cleared away your enemies.
The King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst;
you shall never again fear evil.
16 On that day it shall be said to Jerusalem:
“Fear not, O Zion;
let not your hands grow weak.
17 The LORD your God is in your midst,
a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness;
he will quiet you by his love;
he will exult over you with loud singing.
18 I will gather those of you who mourn for the festival,
so that you will no longer suffer reproach.^c
19 Behold, at that time I will deal
with all your oppressors.
And I will save the lame
and gather the outcast,
and I will change their shame into praise
and renown in all the earth.
20 At that time I will bring you in,
at the time when I gather you together;
for I will make you renowned and praised
among all the peoples of the earth,
when I restore your fortunes
before your eyes,” says the LORD.

Micah 4:1-5

1 It shall come to pass in the latter days
that the mountain of the house of the LORD
shall be established as the highest of the mountains,
and it shall be lifted up above the hills;
and peoples shall flow to it,
2 and many nations shall come, and say:
“Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD,
to the house of the God of Jacob,
that he may teach us his ways
and that we may walk in his paths.”
For out of Zion shall go forth the law,^a
and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
3 He shall judge between many peoples,
and shall decide disputes for strong nations far away;
and they shall beat their swords into plowshares,
and their spears into pruning hooks;
nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
neither shall they learn war anymore;
4 but they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree,
and no one shall make them afraid,
for the mouth of the LORD of hosts has spoken.
5 For all the peoples walk
each in the name of its god,
but we will walk in the name of the LORD our God
forever and ever.
